If your in a car an you get hit ,You may get a dent in your car, We could Die! (Nothing enjoyable in life is completely safe)

These groups against loud pipes know gathering citizens together to complain is very easy , if they ask people while they are sitting around all summer long bored "Have you ever heard a Loud Motorcycle Go By?" they are going to say yes they Have!" These groups are then going to talk about how annoying these Motorcycles are and convince these bored people how much better their lives would be if these Motorcycles where gone! These bored people are going to jump right on board!

But now ask these same people when was the last time you heard a loud Motorcycle go by? They will probably hard pressed to find an answer! Was it Weeks ago? Months ago? was it Two years ago?

There are already laws on the books in every state that say a Motorcycles pipes can only be so loud! We do not need new laws on the books that most officers will do nothing about while others will abuse !

This Country spends too much time whining about things! Lets stop and think about Motorcycles. Motorcycles prevent traffic, They prevent wear and tear on the roads, They are great for saving Fuel. They are also a great relaxer, Those who Ride Motorcycles are a lot less stressed!

Any cartridges that travel more than 2200 feet per second have a higher chance of being deflected by the brush, and are therefore not well suited to densely wooded terrain. If your hunting terrain only allows shots to be taken within 50 yards or less of the intended target, you may want to consider using an open sight. If not, I would recommend a scope with four power, or a variable scope that can get down to 3X. You may want to conduct a few experiments at your local rifle range to figure out whether or not open site shooting suits your hunting style.

Deer Hunting Rifles for the Open Range

Deer hunting rifles which are good performers in open areas are those designed for longer range shooting, up to three hundred yards or farther. Rifle portability is not as important as accuracy and velocity in long shot situations and the rifles will be heavier and with longer barrel lengths than deep woods rifles. In open range shooting, high velocity rifle calibers and cartridges are needed. Calibers in the 6MM (.243) range or higher will be satisfactory and bullets from 100 grain up will perform well. Generally, the larger the caliber is, the heavier the bullet will need to be for the best ballistic accuracy. Scopes with a 6 X 9 variable power are what most shooters will need at the very least.

Personal Preferences

When you start looking for the best deer hunting rifle for you, you want to make sure that you keep the above considerations in mind. Make sure that you are comfortable with the way that you're shooting, and how you shoot when using a high caliber or magnum caliber rifle. Do you really want to lug ten or twelve pounds of long rifle with you around your deer hunting terrain?

While anything over 95% for light transmission is considered great, there are very nice, quality scopes that are around 90%.

Taking Note of the Lenses and Coatings of the Scope.

Most of the quality scopes you can find today are fog proof, waterproof, and have lenses that are coated. The coatings on the lenses can be quite expensive. Plus, lenses vary in the type, number, and quality of the coatings. You need to realize that there are times that a scope with single coated lenses will easily perform better than a scope with multicoated lenses. How well they function depends on what quality the glass and coatings are. Remember, good quality coatings and glass do not come with a small price tag. Coatings are designed to decrease the amount of glare and loss of light as a result of reflection. How much you see out of your scope in terms of its entire area, 100 yards in front of you, is called field of view. This figure goes down when you increase the lens magnification of the scope. The reverse is true as well, with better field of vision and lower magnification. If you have a 3x9 variable scope, the 3 power will give you a 30 foot field of view, but only a 14 feet FOV at the 9 power setting, which is dramatically different. You won't get better field of view with a bigger objective lens.

Long Bows Verses The Crossbows

It was in the medieval times that the long bow would often come up against in battle the crossbow. The primary advantage held by the long bows was the long bow's high rate of shot. An archer trained with his long bow easily could release up to twelve arrows per minute. Contrast this to the crossbow which did not need the same degree of skill or strength to use but did not fire as many arrows per minute as the long bow. I think if I had my choice as an archer back in the middle ages I would have chosen the long bow.

You can see the time it takes to launch ten arrows with a long bow verses a crossbow when two modern day archers compete. For the crossbow there was the hand span type. The archer would lean his bow on the ground and draw back the string to lock it into a firing position.

There was the Blevins hook which was a metal stirrup attached to the front end of the crossbow. The archer would place one foot into the hook and draw up the bow to lock into a firing position.

The crane whist which was a two handed crank that allowed the archer to turn and pull back the bow into a firing position. And the goats foot which was a lever that pulled back the bow into a firing position. Then the arrow was placed in the firing position.

In a recent long bow verses crossbow demonstration two modern day archers used a fourteenth century styled hand span crossbow and a fourteenth century styled English long bow. The crossbow of this time was one of the quickest to load and fire. The men begin their challenge. The archer using the long bow reaches quickly for his first arrow stuck in the ground in front of him. He loads the first arrow. He pulls back, aims and releases his first arrow and quickly reaches for the next arrow. The crossbow archer needs to set his bow on the ground and then place his foot into the stirrup and bend over grab the sting and pull back to lock in firing position.

He then aims and pulls the trigger to fire the arrow. The long bow archer has already fired three arrows. In the time it takes the archer using a crossbow to fire six arrows the archer firing a longbow has fired ten arrows in fifty one seconds. That was really very quick for the crossbow archer.

The test showed that the crossbow although not as fast to use than the long bow was still reasonably fast to shoot. But keep in mind the crossbow that was used for this contest was a hand span crossbow which is a very fast crossbow to shoot. And it had a light pressure pull weight. It was only 130 pounds. The long bow used had a draw weight of 110 pounds.

For the crossbow power to equal the long bow here it would need to have 3 times the draw weight. And that means a draw weight of more than three hundred pounds and you would need to have a turn or crank style crossbow because a man could not draw that weight without the help of a mechanical system. When they are set at their highest power, these larger objective lenses will simply provide more usable light than the smaller objective lenses. Unfortunately, they can be quite uncomfortable and are hard to align with the eye.

If your scope is mounted appropriately, all it takes is a simple shouldering of the gun and opening your eyes and you'll be able to naturally see through the scope, with no need to crook your head to any uncomfortable angle just to see through the scope appropriately. With large objective lenses you have to mount the rifle scope higher to keep the lens from touching the gun barrel, you won't be able to have a comfortable scope. If you have to mount your scope higher, your rifle will be unbalanced, uncomfortable to handle, and less accurate.

Pick the correct scope for your hunting environment and shooting style and you will be bringing more venison home. How To Take Care Of Your Tippmann 98 Custom

Tippmann 98 Custom is an update of the original Tippmann 98. It is a semi-automatic blowback paintball gun with a robust open-bolt inline. It is still equipped with a reliable and durable unit, making it popular especially to newcomers of the game. It is also known as 98C, 98 Custom or 98.

Like any other paintball guns, a regular maintenance is needed to ensure its good performance and to make it last long. Along with the gun is the maintenance pack. It includes a spare tank, O-ring, barrel sleeve and a cleaning cable.

For the ball propulsion, most people would use carbon dioxide as it is cheaper compared with the compressed air. Compressed air is more expensive because of the upfront cost of the compressed bottles. When using CO2, use the 20 oz tank to provide you more shots.

Because of the cheaper price, carbon dioxide is commonly used for the propulsion of the balls. If you prefer using CO2 you can use a 20 oz CO2 tank to provide you more shots.

Keep in mind to use a quality paintballs. Avoid using paintballs with thinner shells. It breaks easily, making your gun prone to jams.

Regular cleaning of your gun after the game is also very essential. Although it can endure a significant amount of dirt and paint, a clean gun can obviously function better as compared with a dirty one. After playing, remove all the paintballs and release the air from your gun. Remove the barrel and clean it using a pull-through towel or sponge. Remove also the feed neck and clean it using a warm, running water and then dry it with a towel. If there are broken paintballs, remove it using a spray bottle. You can also use this spray bottle to remove dirt and paint in the breech area. The entire outside of the gun can also be clean with water and wiped dry.

While cleaning, you may also want to check if the ball latch is intact. Sometimes, the 98 Custom must be disassembled. In doing so, you have ensure that the front sight spring is still there, as well as the other springs and pins in the trigger when you putting it back. Exposing the internal part of the gun enables you to clean them as well. The rear bolt can be wiped clean with a wet cloth then oiled. This wasn't the first time I had heard complaints like this. But it did surprise me that she was complaining about this specific company instead of some back-alley, questionable store. After all, this was a store I regularly visited to purchase ammunition and used their gun range. I had assumed they would offer quality classes.

That being said, the line between a great Ohio CCW class and a bad one can be foggy and difficult to pinpoint. There are however, some things to look at.

Does the instructor seem knowledgeable? The difference between a good instructor and a bad instructor can often be the depth and breadth of experience they have obtained. The more experience they've had handling firearms, and the longer they've been teaching, the more likely you are to learn and enjoy the process.

Have other people said good things about the class and the instructor? Talk to the people around you. See if anyone has enjoyed the class in the past and felt that it was worthwhile. A recommendation from your friends should go a long go a long way toward helping you find the right classes.

Does the program or shop keep all its licenses updated? Take a look at the program's history and make sure they always comply with all the state regulations for Ohio CCW classes. Make sure they fully understand all the local laws and regulations.

CQB stands for close quarter battle, and refers to short range encounters between combatants. Players tend to use shorter barrelled guns to accommodate due to the short ranges involved, shotguns, pistols and submachine guns. Unsurprisingly then, CQB tends to take place indoors and games are fast paced, strategic and full of action.

One of the major factors that will determine a win or loss in CQB games is the use of tactics and planning. Indoor locations have a finite number of access and choke points and commanders must recognise those areas and implement strategies to exploit them. Teams will quickly lose sight of each other as they move around buildings, so it's vital that every team understands their objective before the mission begins.

When moving in close quarters it's critical you remain stealthy and as small a target as possible. Don't run unless you absolutely have to - running creates more noise than walking and faster moving targets are easier to spot. When walking, bend your knees and hunch over your gun - this will keep your profile as small as possible and harder to hit.

Always be ready for the enemy. When moving through a cleared area, keep you gun shouldered, pointing slightly down and ready to draw. When moving through a live area, keep your gun up and in front of you at all times. When you look, look with your gun. Turning your head and gun is faster than turning your head and swinging your gun into position.

In CQB games cover is seldom used for long periods as players will rapidly move from cover to cover as they assault a target. If you are using cover, make sure it's sufficient to protect you. Doors and windows make good cover as they hide your whole body and allow quick movement around and through. When using doors or windows as cover, stand close to them and just out of sight. When you move out of cover, do so in a way that minimises the target for the enemy. Lean out with your hips and don't hesitate.

Assign fire sectors to your team so all the angles are covered. For example, the front man should cover the front, the second man covers the flanks of the first, the third covers the left and right and so on. When you have your fire sector, stick to it. If you are not covering attacks of opportunity, do not fire at enemies in that sector - you may find you hit your own team first.

Airsoft guns can take longer to reload than real weapons as players don't dispose of magazines and may require a bottle to refill magazines. When reloading, signal to your team that you require a reload, move to cover and get started. Have your sidearm to hand at all times and when you're done, signal to your team and move back as fast as possible.

All these tips are easy to read but much harder to execute. Practice drilling these with your team so you can execute them quickly and without thought. - 31499

I have watched bucks hold firm in cover taking advantage of their natural stealth and incredible camouflage, and then slip, crawl or swim away in avoidance of the most seasoned hunters.

It can always be said that any day spent fishing in the Great White North of Canada is better than the best day at the office. Who could ask for a better day than being on the lake out casting for that trophy sized Walleyed Pickerel? Alternatively you might be fishing from shore for just some plain old less exotic perch fish nothing can be said to be more relaxing and a life of leisure than a fishing expedition with your family or fishing buddies at your side. It is just plain good old fashioned safe fun.

It is not your imagination. Although you may see lots of trophy sized and master angler Walleye and Pickeral fish, most of what you catch will be in the 1 to 3 lb ranges. Two pounds of highly packed weight seem to be the norm for this specie... Yet the average 2 lb weight fish can be said to more than tasty beyond belief. It is no accident that Pickeral fish are among the favorite and preferred prey of many avid out doors folk. Fried up on the spot - yummy. It can be held that in most cases that it is only the larger and master angler trophy sized, which seem to make it back home after the fishing trip and expedition to be off to the taxidermist and taxidermists. Professional taxidermists can attest to this fact.

If there is one type of aquatic and water landscape condition and conditions that Walleye and the Canadian pickerel fish like, it is cold water living and swimming. Generally it is held that these fish prefer water temperature conditions of less than 29 degrees Celsius of water temperature as the general rule of thumb. Hence conditions such as in Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin or the vast cooler lakes of Lake Manitoba especially in the Lake Manitoba Narrows regions or the very large Lake Winnipeg inland sea are more than ideal.

Catch one Walleye, odds and experience says that there are plenty of others from the same schooling group just loitering around waiting for you. It is as if they lurk just to tease and taunt you by offering them the freshest of bait or a new shiny bright colored lure or jig. Experienced anglers will teach you that you can count that in the greatest amount of cases that the Walleye and Pickerels hold near the bottom of the lake. All in all the tactics and strategies employed are not unlike those that you would employ when fishing for Goldeye fish. Hence patterns of attack are not unlike those employed in successfully landing trophy sized Goldeyes. When fishing at these depths watch your line (or lines if local fishing and game laws and regulations allow), for any lateral or unusual movements and strip. In these cases simply remove or retrieve your fishing line by hand. It seems that Walleye fish take their food very slowly, thus the hook must be set the very moment and second that a fish takes the fly or it will simply reject it.

Some people like to travel and lie on the beach for their vacation or vacations. Others like city shopping and dining.
